WHAT WINTER
Rod Federer Winner
No winter here just great fishing weather in Tuross head. This weekend just past was our monthly Goblet weekend; the magnificent weather saw 14 of our fishing club members taking to our beautiful waters in the hope of catching a Snapper this month’s Goblet Fish. Five ladies, nine men and one junior measured in an outstanding total of 52 Fish.
WINNERS ARE GRINNERS
Rod Federer clean up by not only winning the Goblet with a huge 63.4cm Snapper but reeled in the Men’s Outside and Rock and Beach prizes as well, way to go Rod.

Tamara Whitehead Winner
John McNeill took out the Men’s Lake and Estuary with a good size flathead of 63cm, Jeannie Dickson won Ladies Outside and Tamara Whitehead took out both Ladies Rock and Beach and Lake and Estuary. Turkey of month was awarded to Gav Robinson for going fishing and forgetting to take some people to church.
MEASURE IN
This month’s Fishing Club measure in was held at the Tuross Head Country Club with a great BBQ organized by Tammy Paul who was standing in for our Catering Officer. Next month’s Goblet is Bream and the weekend is 11 – 12 June.
